Good to know before you book

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. You'll be sent a code to enter the property before you arrive.

Is there parking?

Our homes come with free parking, either on-street or on a private driveway. Each property page gives the details.

Can I book for a few weeks or months?

Yes. We regularly host contractors, visiting professionals and people between homes. Get in touch for weekly and monthly rates.

Are pets allowed?

Please get in touch before booking if you'd like to bring a pet, and we'll let you know which homes can take them.

Who do I contact during my stay?

Our local team. We offer 24-hour support, so there's always someone to call if you need anything.
